Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production on multiple projects
- Apply analytical skills to business requests and communicate in a clear and unambiguous manner
- Ensure business process analysis and process improvement are implemented by the project team
- Facilitate organizational change processes on assigned projects
- Ensure formal documentations are produced for assigned projects; generate milestone status reports
- Drive resolution of design issues to facilitate development and assure project delivery
- Validate and/or create project budget ,Resources Management
- Manage cross functional project teams; assign and piroitize tasks; ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project change control issues and proactively escalate unfavorable risk, cost, scope, and schedule variances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years progressive experience in project management, PMP certification is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communications both in English and Mandarin-interpersonal skills is a must.
- Organized, efficient, and attentive to details
- Proven ability to work with all members of a project team, including business leaders, technical leaders, developers, and system administrators
- Must be extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving many issues simultaneously
- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Project is preferredo Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis is a plus
- Familiar with American and European cultures, preference to applicants with experience of overseas study or residence.
